קוּטְנִין

קוּטְנִיןm. pl. (v. קִיטְנִית) the beans of colocasia (ciborium). Maasr. V, 8 אף חק׳ פטוריןוכ׳ Bab. ed. (Y. ed. הקרטנים; Mish. ed. קוטנית) the colocasia beans are likewise exempt ; Tosef. ib. III, 14 חקִיטִּין שלמטהוכ׳ ed. Zuck. (Var. הקִנְטִּין; oth. ed. הקניטין, corr. acc.) the beans beneath them (the colocasia leaves).
